• Role: lead NADRA’s internal audit function across all offices — financial, operational, IT, forensic, performance and compliance audits; verify compliance with government rules, PPRA procurement rules and internal SOPs.

2. Executive Director / Director General — N@DIR

• Number of posts: 1 (one leadership position)
• Age limit: up to 55 years (includes 5 years general relaxation)
• Qualification: Master’s / MS / MPhil in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer/Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Cybersecurity, Biometrics, Computer Vision, Digital Identity or a closely related discipline from an HEC-recognized university. PhD holders get preference.
• Experience: at least 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience with substantial senior leadership in technology, research, engineering, biometrics, digital identity or high-assurance ICT systems. Must have managed large R&D setups and multidisciplinary teams.
• Role: establish and lead N@DIR — the National Institute for Demographics and Identity Research, a new national institute under NADRA for biometrics, digital identity and registration science; build Pakistan-owned AFIS/ABIS and biometric technology.

3. Assistant Director (Database Security)

• Number of posts: 1 (one position)
• Age limit: up to 37 years (includes 5 years general relaxation)
• Qualification: 4-year Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security or Information Security, or Electrical/Electronics Engineering with relevant information-security certifications, from an HEC-recognized university. CySA+, Data+ or IBM Security product certification preferred.
• Experience: at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in information security, IT, database administration or network device administration in a reputable organization.
• Role: manage IBM Guardium database activity monitoring, watch privileged user activity, perform data discovery and classification, and ensure backup and disaster recovery.

Eligibility Criteria

• Domicile: Pakistani nationals. The advertisement invites applicants from all over Pakistan (no provincial restriction stated).
