The four posts are not interchangeable. The two Senior Master roles, in particular, ask for very different levels of experience.

• Senior Master / Mistress, Gulshan-e-Hadeed Campus, Karachi (Prep, Grades 6 to 8): a Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Educational Leadership or a relevant field, with 8 to 10 years of experience in education, academic management and school leadership. Deadline 7 November 2026.
• HR Associate, PECHS Campus, Karachi: a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, with 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment or generalist HR work. Deadline 31 October 2026.
• Senior Master / Mistress, Sialkot Iqbal Campus: a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an associated field, with 3 to 5 years of experience, including 1 to 2 years in a similar position. Deadline 31 October 2026.
• Music Teacher, Joharabad Campus: graduation or a Master’s degree, with 1 to 2 years of experience in a well-reputed educational institute, plus relevant music teaching experience. Deadline 31 October 2026.

What Each Role Involves

A Senior Master or Mistress leads the academic side of a campus: carrying the School Improvement Plan, overseeing curriculum planning, delivery, assessment and monitoring, and handling academic administration such as timetabling, resources, parental liaison and staff training. The role also includes evaluating teachers through classroom observations and copy checking.

The HR Associate works on the people side of the network: auditing HR personnel files, visiting schools to support HR operations, helping heads of school with recruitment through the school’s i-Recruitment system, and coordinating training and onboarding. The role also handles promotions, increments, transfers, leaves, attendance and exit interviews, and audits payroll before approval.

The Music Teacher prepares engaging lesson plans, uses creative teaching methods, keeps a positive classroom environment, and takes part in school events and assemblies. A genuine passion for music and for nurturing young musical talent matters as much as the degree.
