What You Will Do

• Ship full stack features end to end in TypeScript, from user interface to API to database.
• Use Claude Code and Codex daily for building, refactoring, testing and debugging.

Eligibility – Must-Haves

• 2–4 years of professional full stack experience in TypeScript.
• Strong React / Next.js and Node.js fundamentals.
• Claude Code and/or Codex as your daily, hands-on development workflow — not occasional AI use.
• A track record of shipping fast with AI: features or projects you can point to.
• Sharp judgment when reviewing AI-generated code — you catch bugs and security issues before release.
• Solid SQL and data modelling skills.
• Clear written and spoken English.

Bonus points go to engineers who have set up agent workflows (CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md files, custom commands, MCP servers, subagents), run multiple agents in parallel across tasks or worktrees, have SaaS or B2B product experience, have worked directly with US clients or remote teams, or have side projects shipped quickly with AI tools.
