Meezan Bank Service Quality Jobs 2026 – 4 Posts at Head Office Karachi

Meezan Bank, Pakistan’s first and largest Islamic bank, is hiring for four positions in its Service Quality Department at the Head Office in Karachi. The openings cover two distinct career tracks: governance and conduct on one side, and social-media customer care on the other. The Manager Governance & Conduct post closes on 12 November 2026, while the three Social Care Unit roles close on 13 November 2026.

Service quality is a serious function at a bank of Meezan’s size. Every complaint, every social-media mention, every service failure is data — and this department turns that data into fixes. If you care about how customers actually experience a bank, rather than how it looks in an advertisement, these roles put you at the centre of that work.

At a glance: Organization: Meezan Bank Limited | Department: Service Quality (Compliance and Customer Support Group) | Location: Head Office, Karachi | Posts: 4 | Qualification: Bachelor’s minimum, Master’s preferred | Apply: online at meezanbank.com/careers | Last dates: 12 November 2026 (Governance & Conduct) and 13 November 2026 (Social Care roles)

The Four Vacancies in Detail

1. Manager Governance & Conduct (Service Quality – Compliance). This is the governance brain of the department. You implement and monitor the bank’s Conduct & Governance framework across all units, track customer-conduct and service-quality indicators, identify control gaps, and drive corrective action. The role also involves preparing governance reports, dashboards and management presentations for senior leadership, coordinating with stakeholders, supporting policy development, and building governance awareness across the bank.

2. Manager Social Care Unit. The senior leadership post for the bank’s social-media customer-care operation. You own the unit’s strategy, service standards and performance targets, and you turn social feedback into improvements in the wider customer experience.

3. Team Leader Social Care Unit. The day-to-day operational lead. You run the social care team, keep response quality consistent across channels, manage complaints and escalations, and coach team members against service-level agreements and quality benchmarks.

4. Social Care Officer. The front-line role. You respond to customer queries, complaints and feedback across social media, moderate conversations in line with community guidelines, escalate sensitive cases, and keep accurate records of recurring issues and customer sentiment. Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, are part of this role.

Who Is Eligible for Each Post

  • Manager Governance & Conduct: Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s, from an HEC-recognized university. A professional certification is an advantage, and a qualification in Islamic Finance is a plus. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Manager Social Care Unit: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or a related field, Master’s preferred. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Team Leader Social Care Unit: Same degree background, Master’s preferred. Between 4 and 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Social Care Officer: Same degree background, Master’s preferred. Between 2 and 3 years of relevant experience.

Across all four posts, an Islamic Finance qualification is treated as an added advantage rather than a requirement — useful for candidates from conventional banks who are considering a move into Islamic banking.

Skills the Bank Is Looking For

For the governance role, the bank wants knowledge of governance, conduct risk and banking control frameworks, control-gap identification and remediation, and strong report writing, MIS and presentation skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and preferably Power BI. For the social care roles, the emphasis shifts to social-media and community-management tools, team leadership and coaching, customer service and escalation management, and analytical and reporting skills. Written communication is critical in both tracks: in governance you write for senior leadership, and in social care you write for the public, where every word is visible.

Why These Roles Matter for Your Career

Governance and conduct is one of the fastest-growing specialisms in Pakistani banking, driven by State Bank conduct requirements and by banks’ own need to protect their reputations. Experience in this function transfers across banks and into compliance, risk and audit roles. Social care, meanwhile, is where modern customer service actually happens: banks increasingly judge service quality by response times and sentiment on public platforms, and professionals who can run that operation well are in short supply. Both tracks sit at Head Office, which means visibility to senior management and a clearer promotion path than a branch posting.
