A few details deserve attention. The EDF Stenotypist post asks for five years of post-qualification experience in administrative matters, tendering, accounts or ERP systems, with proficiency in MS Office preferred — it is not a fresh-graduate seat. The TDAP UDC and LDC posts both require a three-week Basic IT Training Course, including MS Office, conducted by NITB after selection. The PRCL Senior Management Associate is the only contract post in the round; the other twelve are regular appointments.

These posts are advertised under the Balochistan Initiative, so candidates must hold a valid Balochistan domicile certificate. That rule applies to every organisation in the round, including the Islamabad-based seats. Candidates from other provinces cannot apply, even for posts based in the capital.
