Eligibility Criteria
- Professor: PhD in the relevant field with at least 15 years of teaching or research experience, including 5 years at Associate Professor level, plus the required research publications under HEC criteria.
- Associate Professor: PhD in the relevant field with at least 10 years of teaching or research experience, including 4 years at Assistant Professor level, plus the required research publications.
- Assistant Professor: PhD in the relevant field. Candidates with an MS or MPhil in the relevant field and relevant experience may be considered where the advertisement permits.
- Lecturer: MS or MPhil in the relevant field, or a Master’s degree with first division where specified in the advertisement.
- All qualifications must be from HEC-recognised institutions, and foreign degrees must be verified by HEC.
- Experience and publication requirements follow HEC faculty appointment criteria.
Salary and Benefits
Selected faculty will be appointed on the university’s regular pay scales with allowances as per NTU rules. Benefits include medical facilities, provident fund, and opportunities for research funding and professional development. Exact salary depends on the post and the candidate’s experience.
