The National Bank of Pakistan has announced a senior data analytics job in Pakistan 2026 at its head office in Karachi. The bank is hiring an MIS & Analytics Executive (Assistant Vice President) for the President’s Secretariat. This is a strong opportunity for experienced analytics professionals who can turn raw banking data into clear reports and dashboards for top management. The role reports to the PSO to the President, and the appointment is contractual for three years.

Eligibility Criteria for NBP MIS & Analytics (AVP)

  • Minimum graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university; a Master’s degree or professional qualification in a relevant field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in MIS, management reporting, data analysis, business intelligence or a related function.
  • Hands-on skills in advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning), executive-level PowerPoint and Power BI or similar BI tools.
  • Experience in a bank, financial institution or large corporate setup — especially preparing board-level dashboards and presentations — is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of SQL, VBA, Python or other reporting and automation tools is a plus.
