The Strategic Planning Unit is the central policy, planning and coordination arm of the department. Core skills needed are full stack architecture, system integration, problem-solving and clean coding, with strong exposure to SQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, and familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB. Age up to 40 years.

Assistant Manager, Backend Developer (Lumpsum). 15 years of education in Computer Science, IT, Artificial Intelligence, ICT, Software Engineering, Economics or an equivalent field from an HEC-recognised university. Core skills needed are backend architecture, database optimisation, security-first design and scalability engineering, with strong exposure to SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB or similar). Age up to 40 years.
