Nestlé Pakistan Limited
Last date to apply: 8 November 2026. Nestlé Pakistan has opened its Apprenticeship Program 2026 at the Kabirwala Factory, and this is a genuine earn-while-you-learn opportunity for young people with a technical diploma or Intermediate qualification. Four trades are on offer — Electrical Technician, Laboratory Analyst, Mechanical Technician and Plant Process Operator — each with two years of structured, hands-on training inside one of Pakistan’s major food factories.
This post covers the Kabirwala Factory round only, as listed on Nestlé’s own careers system. Nestlé runs the same programme at other factories too, but trades and rules can differ by factory, so apply for the Kabirwala listing specifically.

The Four Trades in Detail
1. Electrical Technician
Electrical Technician apprentices train on the factory’s electrical systems — power distribution, motors, control panels and plant equipment — learning how a large food plant keeps its production lines running safely. You need a DAE, FSc or equivalent 12-year qualification, and you must be 28 years old or younger at joining.
2. Laboratory Analyst
Laboratory Analyst apprentices work in quality and testing, learning how raw materials and finished products are checked against food safety and quality standards. The same DAE, FSc or equivalent qualification and the same 28-year age limit apply.
3. Mechanical Technician
Mechanical Technician apprentices train on machinery maintenance — pumps, conveyors, packaging machines and mechanical systems that keep the factory moving. The qualification and age rules are the same as for the other trades.
4. Plant Process Operator
Plant Process Operator apprentices learn to run production processes end to end, from raw material handling to finished product lines, under experienced operators and engineers. Again, a DAE, FSc or equivalent qualification and a maximum age of 28 at joining are required.
Who Can Apply
- Education: DAE, FSc or an equivalent 12 years of education. Candidates with a background in technical trades may be given preference.
- Age: 28 years or below at joining, for all four Kabirwala trades.

Nestlé’s own Kabirwala listing states 28 years for all four trades, and this post follows the official listing. If you are 27 or 28, apply on the official figure — but apply early in case of any correction.
- Disability: Persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply and should attach their disability certificate in the documents section of the online form.
- Gender: Nestlé is an equal opportunity organisation and encourages everyone to apply.

Why Apply for the Nestlé Apprenticeship
For a DAE or FSc holder, the hardest part of starting a career is getting real factory experience — and this programme is built exactly for that gap. You train for two full years inside a working multinational factory, learning from experienced technicians and working with real production and quality systems, and you earn while you learn. On completion you receive a certificate, and you leave with two years of credible experience for maintenance, quality and production roles across Pakistan’s manufacturing sector.

Two years for all four Kabirwala trades: Electrical Technician, Laboratory Analyst, Mechanical Technician and Plant Process Operator.

Fraud warning: Never pay anyone for a job offer, an apprenticeship seat, a test or an interview. Nestlé accepts applications only through its official careers system, and no agent can secure your selection. If anyone demands payment, do not pay — report them and walk away.
