What a UCIO Actually Does
Plan the day’s work. Each morning starts from the micro-plan: which union council, which settlement, which outreach session, and which team is going where. The UCIO checks vaccine stock and cold chain, confirms the team, and coordinates with the facility in-charge.
Supervise and support vaccinators. The UCIO visits fixed and outreach sessions, checks that children are vaccinated correctly and safely, that the due list is followed, and that no child is missed or wrongly recorded.
