Vacant Positions
- Manager (Sales & Marketing) — BE/BSc Engineering, 10+ years’ post-qualification experience in sales, marketing or business development in an engineering/industrial organization; B2B and key-account experience preferred.
- Deputy General Manager (Supply Chain Management) — BE/BSc Engineering, 12+ years in SCM/procurement in large-scale manufacturing.
- Manager (Contracts), Manager (Project Planning & Scheduling), Manager (Proposals & Estimation) — BE/BSc Engineering with 10+ years’ relevant experience in contracts, project planning or cost estimation.
Who Can Apply
- BE/BSc Engineering degree with 10–12 years of relevant post-qualification experience, depending on the post.
- For the Sales & Marketing post: industrial sales experience with defence, sugar, cement, oil & gas or chemical sector clients is a plus.
- Appointments are on a contract basis; HMC works under the Ministry of Industries and Production.
