Vacant Positions
- Wing Head – Risk Review (VP/SVP) — lead independent reviews of SME and commercial credit approvals.
- Wing Head – SME Risk (VP/SVP) — delegated credit approval authority for SME proposals; portfolio monitoring.
- Unit Head – MIS (AVP/VP) — develop and automate MIS dashboards for credit approvals and risk analytics.
- Manager Risk Review / Manager MIS (AVP) — post-approval reviews; management reporting and portfolio analytics.
- Assistant Manager – Policy Consumer Finance (AVP) — formulate and review consumer & agri finance policies and product programs.
Who Can Apply
- Minimum graduation from an HEC-recognized university/college — Master’s and relevant certifications preferred.
- Experience: 10 years+ banking (7+ in credit risk) for Wing Head roles; 6 years+ (2–4 in BI/MIS/credit) for Unit Head/Manager roles. Strong grasp of SBP Prudential Regulations and MIS tools (Power BI, MS Access, Excel).
