Nestlé Pakistan Apprenticeship Program 2026 – 7 Trades at Sheikhupura Factory, Apply Before 8 November

Nestlé Pakistan has opened applications for its Apprenticeship Program 2026 at the Sheikhupura Factory, in collaboration with TEVTA Government of the Punjab. Seven technical trades are on offer, with training durations of one to three years depending on the trade. If you have passed Matric with Science subjects — or hold a DAE for the Process Operator trade — and you are 28 or younger, this is a direct route into hands-on industrial training with one of the world’s largest food and beverage companies.

Apprentices work inside a running factory, learning their trade through classroom training and supervised factory work: operating and maintaining production, plant or laboratory equipment, following food safety and quality standards, and completing trade assessments on schedule. A statutory stipend is paid during the apprenticeship, as required under apprenticeship rules.

Last date to apply: 8 November 2026. Applications are accepted online only.

Why Apply for the Nestlé Apprenticeship

For a Matric Science student, few opportunities combine paid training, a multinational factory environment and a trade certificate that stays useful for life. Nestlé’s apprenticeship is run with TEVTA Punjab, so the training follows a recognised structure, and the trades — electrician, fitter, plant and process operation, laboratory analysis — are in demand across Pakistan’s food, textile and manufacturing sectors. Even though an apprenticeship does not guarantee a permanent job, graduates leave with factory experience, references and a trade record that most fresh Matric holders cannot match.

How to Apply

  • Open Nestlé’s official careers listing for the Sheikhupura Apprenticeship Program 2026.
  • Choose your trade, check its qualification and duration requirements, and complete your online profile.
  • Upload your documents and submit before 8 November 2026.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be called for an on-site test and interview.
