Every seat in this round is reserved for Balochistan domicile holders, and every post asks for relevant experience — this is not a fresh-graduate round. The age limits are printed as ranges in the advertisement (35–40 for the BPS-15 posts, 30–35 for the BPS-12 and BPS-09 posts), because this special exercise applies an upper age relaxation of five years instead of the usual three, in addition to the five years of general age relaxation. What the Jobs Involve
The Assistant post is office administration work at BPS-15 level, supporting the authority’s day-to-day running at Bin Qasim. The Surveyor post is field measurement and civil survey work around port land and installations, and it needs a proper survey certificate alongside the civil diploma. The Traffic Supervisor post is the most specialized of the four: it oversees cargo movement and needs five years of cargo-handling experience with an international port or a reputed shipping company. The Telephone Operator post runs the authority’s telephone exchange and needs a recognized trade certificate plus three years of experience.
All four posts are contract appointments for two years, extendable on satisfactory performance. A contract post here does not create a right to regularization, and the authority can cancel the process for any post at any stage.
